While some praised Smith's artistic expression and self-assuredness, others raised concerns about the appropriateness of such attire for a concert which was free for the 0-8 years age group. Critics argued that while artistic freedom should be respected, there is a need for greater awareness and sensitivity when performing in front of a diverse audience, including children.

Fans and social media users shared their thoughts on Sam Smith's concert attire, expressing a range of opinions. Most found the outfit inappropriate for a performance where children were present and his performance was disgusting for children and that it would influence them in a negatively. Some even slammed the Unholy performance as 'vulgar' and 'satanic'.

Piers Morgan's son's controversial comment

Spencer Morgan, the son of controversial TV personality Piers Morgan, recently took to social media to voice his disapproval of parents taking their children to witness Sam Smith's provocative concert attire.

In response to a tweet that typed 'Sam Smith's tour is open to all ages, including young children, Many parents have opted to take them, is this appropriate for children?', the sports journalist replied with a strong statement:

Anyone taking their kids to that needs their kids taking away.
