Love Island: Paige Thorne admits she let her ‘bitchy’ side get the best of her she made a false claim

Paige Thorne shook up everyone months ago when she wildly revealed in an interview that one of Love Island 2022’s couples was faking it. She said on the Saving Grace podcast:

All I'm gonna say on this is, wait how many couples are left now? Three? Really there’s only two. But that’s a secret I'll never tell.

Bitchy Paige

However, the 24-year-old has now taken back her comment and regrets saying it publicly. Daily Star reported that Paige was mentally in a ‘really low place’ when she made that comment. The Welsh paramedic let her bitchy side get the best of her as she was going through her breakup with Adam Collard.

Clearing up her stance, Paige recently admitted:

When I did that podcast, I was in a really low place and I was feeling hella bitchy, and I just took it out on everything around me, which showed.
It wasn’t the best side of my character but I had heard some news that it’s not all as it seems and I was in my little bitchy mood.

Paige’s on a break

This comes after Paige admitted that she’s given up on finding love and all the boy drama that comes with it. According to The Sun, Paige told her Instagram followers that she doesn’t believe in fairy tales anymore and wants to stay away from love.

During a Q&A, Paige said:

I don’t believe in fairytales anymore. I don’t think they exist. I want to stay single, focus on myself and no more boy drama this year.
You've got to love yourself, otherwise, nobody else will.

She added:

I can 100 per cent say I am not looking for love.
I honestly couldn't think of anything worse than dealing with that kind of drama.
