Love Island 2021 really is just around the corner now, with the show confirmed to be returning to our screens before the end of this month. Monday 28th June has been widely reported as the Love Island 2021 launch date—but a new post on Iain Stirling’s Instagram suggests he and Laura Whitmore might already be in Majorca.

Iain and Laura already in Majorca?

Taking to his grid on Monday evening (7th June), Iain posted a photo of his and Laura’s Love Island water bottles sitting on a table. He captioned the pic ‘Not long now...’. Proving just how excited Love Island fans are for the show to return, the photo has already amassed over 77,000 likes.

The picture’s background features a blue sky and several palm trees, leading many fans to believe that it may well have been taken in Majorca. If Laura and Iain have already flown out to the island, they’re likely to have only just arrived since Laura posted a pic from BBC Broadcasting House in London, where she recorded her 5 Live radio show, on Sunday.

Love Island + parenting

Laura and Iain may well have decided to fly out early to help get used to being in a new place with their two-month-old daughter. Laura previously confirmed that childcare wouldn’t be an issue for the couple as they film Love Island, since they both have different schedules and never film at the same time of day.

Back in April, a source told Heat Magazine:

Laura is hoping her mum will be able to join them and be part of her support bubble as obviously both her and Iain will be working. It’s going to be tough, but Laura is sure she can handle it and there are worse places to be stuck than Majorca in the summer.
