Bargain Hunt's Natasha Raskin Sharp welcomes baby with husband Joe after private pregnancy

Natasha Raskin has welcomed a baby this Friday 19 January.

Natasha Raskin took to Instagram to announce the birth of her child. The 37-year-old antiques expert is a mainstay of Bargain Hunt and Antiques Road Trip star. She comes from a family of art enthusiasts and collectors and developed a keen eye for unknown artifacts that led her to a career in television.

Surprise announcement

Natasha hadn’t announced her pregnancy and had kept it quiet until now. She started the Instagram announcement with:

What a way to start the year - the last few days have been nothing short of immense.

And continued:

I'll be handing over my Thursday night @bbcradioscot duties to the excellent @ravisagoogram for a short spell - thanks, Ravi. Catch him from 10pm on @bbcsounds.

In the meantime, there’ll be lots of new #bbcbargainhunt and @antiqueroadtrip action (filmed when baby was a mere bump). Back soon! X

How she kept her pregnancy private

In her Instagram post, she mentioned that the upcoming episodes of Bargain Hunt and Antiques Road Trip were filmed when ‘the baby was a mere bump’

She kept the pictures she posted on Instagram throughout her pregnancy focused on her face and sometimes featured her dog Bonnie on her lap.

Who is her husband?

Natasha met Joe Sharp in 203 and has been married to him since 2017. He is a producer who is known for working on Antiques Road Trip, Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, The Big Painting Challenge and The Great Hotel Escape. The couple met while working on Bargain Hunt and had kept their relationship private. Even their wedding was kept pretty under wraps, it was a private ceremony held in Scotland, Natasha’s home country.
