Amanda Holden, along with her co-judge, Alesha Dixon, were involved in a pay row with ITV as they demanded a pay rise.

The pair were being paid a significant amount less than the main judge Simon Cowell, who earns the most. The issue started when it was revealed that the new judge, Bruno Tonioli was to receive the same salary as them. A source told The Sun

Amanda has been on BGT for 17 years, while Alesha is going into her eleventh year. They don’t think it’s fair a newcomer could walk into the show and be handed the same deal as them.
