We've always had a bit of a soft spot for cheeky chappy X Factor star Olly Murs, but The Voice UK presenter's latest Instagram post has got us all aflutter. The star posted side-by-side topless selfies showing how much his body has changed since the beginning of the year.

Olly has been on an intense fitness programme whilst on holiday in Bali with his girlfriend Amelia Tank. He had previously put on weight after knee surgery last June stopped him going to the gym.

I’m putting on a brave face for the gram 🥺😩 but this week I’ve been recovering from serious knee surgery, something I’ve needed for sometime. I’m not quite sure how I’m going to cope sitting still like this for the next few months 🤯😩 its going to kill me but it’s what’s needed. I’m also going to use this time as an opportunity to take myself off social media for a while - focus on my recovery and spend some time on myself, with friends and family. Thanks for a super 2019! However, now that he's back in action, Olly's transformation is unbelievable. Whilst there's nothing wrong with the dadbod Olly was sporting before, the abs in the second picture are pretty impressive.
Olly has also changed his hair to match his new bod - going for a bleach blond look to replace his natural dark blond hair. He also swapped his dark blue trackies for some tight little Topman boxers - the better to show off his toned legs.

Explaining how he'd achieved the dramatic new look, Olly wrote:
'Ain’t bad for 35yr old! My ambition to be a “butler in the buff” is coming true. The pic on the left was 2nd January! I was like “f*** me I look massive” weight was doing me no favours, grumpy, no energy, sleeping was awful so I made some adjustments. I’m actually buzzing now I’m off to get a McDonald’s.'
