There was a mini Love Island reunion in Essex this week as Millie Court and Liam Reardon and Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran met up while looking for apartments. Both couples are looking to move to Essex in the near future after scrapping plans to live apart for six months.

Millie & Liam and Toby & Chloe moving in

The popular couples met up for a cute lunch date between flat viewings on Tuesday, with Chloe sharing a video captioned: ‘Look who we bumped into while apartment hunting.’ Liam had previously confirmed he and Millie had viewed two flats on Monday and had two more visits lined up for Tuesday.

Originally, Millie had said the Love Island finalists were going to get a ‘boys’ house’ and a ‘girls’ house’ to move into before moving in with their respective partners six months down the line. However, it seems they all missed each other too much when they were forced to quarantine separately on their return from Majorca and are now taking the leap to move in as a couple ASAP.

Moving to Essex

Both Millie and Toby are Essex natives, while their partners Liam and Chloe will be leaving their hometowns behind. Chloe hails from Bicester in Oxfordshire which is just a couple of hours away from Essex by car. Meanwhile, Liam will be moving a lot further from his hometown in Wales—leading to Gavin and Stacey comparisons from fans!

Although he said he’ll ‘always come back’ to the valleys, he was keen to ‘be with Millie’ and experience living elsewhere. He said:

I love where I'm from but I would like to venture off and move to somewhere new and Essex seems like the perfect place really.
