Will Maura Higgins take part in Love Island All-Stars?

Seeing her in the US villa, many people were excited to see Maura take part in the upcoming Love Island All-Stars version. However, Maura has confirmed she will not be returning to the villa as a contestant again.

Shutting down any speculation, the beauty answered a question during her Instagram Q&A and said:

I’m never going to go back on to Love Island. Like no because I didn’t enjoy myself, it was such an incredible experience, it changed my life, it gave me the platform I have today.
But I feel like I’ve done it once and I think once is enough and I’m a bit old for that.
I’m not going to go back on the show, I feel like I’m really enjoying what I’m doing… I just don’t really want to go backwards, I want to look forward.
Like not saying anything bad about people that would do it again but like each to their own but yeah just not me.

This comes after Maura recently landed her first gig as an actor in an English comedy film.

It has been rumoured now for a while but we are thrilled to finally confirm that we are making Love Island: All Stars early next year for ITV2 and ITVX.
It’s set to be a must-watch series seeing some of your favourite Islanders from across the years heading back to the stunning South African villa to once again “graft” as their search for love continues. I simply can’t wait.
