Love Island 2021: Kaz and Tyler have split

This summer’s series of Love Island looked set to rival Winter Love Island as one of the most successful series for romance ever, with all eight finalists leaving the villa happily coupled up. However, it now looks like one of the four couples is no more as Kaz Kamwi and Tyler Cruickshank—who finished in fourth place—are said to have split.

Kaz and Tyler split

While Kaz and Tyler haven’t officially announced the break-up themselves, a source told MailOnline:

Kaz and Tyler have decided to go their separate ways after giving everything to make their relationship work. They haven't got on as well outside of the villa as they first hoped and the pressure of their fans watching their every move hasn't made it easy for them either. The romance ended on good terms and they're still friends, who will support each other in the industry.

Kaz and Tyler’s relationship

Kaz and Tyler initially coupled up on Day 25 of Love Island. They had a blip following Casa Amor when they both opted to couple up with different people but reunited on Day 45 and left the villa together in fourth place, seeming totally loved up.

While they spent a lot of time together after leaving the villa, they took things slower than their fellow finalists, and were the only couple not to have moved in together. Their last main grid Instagram posts together were at the end of November when Tyler posted an ad for PrettyLittleThing and Kaz posted an ad for the Park Plaza hotel in London.

While we’re sad to hear about their apparent break-up, it’s good to hear that they’re on good terms and both seem to be thriving!
