This is largely in part due to the lack of people, cars and noise. Such things would usually put creatures off from journeying into the concrete playground, but with everyone otherwise occupied, this is the perfect time to explore.

It's not just Japan that has been graced with an animal presence. Thesemonkeys in Thailand have gathered in a huge swarm looking for food:
Italy seems to be going wild too, with a bunch of different animals coming to visit the towns. One person reported seeingwild boarwandering about as well as a horse.
