This Woman Made Two Small Changes And Completely Transformed Her Body

In less than two years this woman completely changed her body by using a couple of simple tricks.

You don’t need to do much to make a big change. This Imgur user understood this well. She shared her experience on the net, publishing photos of her impressive physical transformation that happened between November 2015 and July 2017.

At the age of 20 this girl weighed 10 stone. Her goal? To lose weight. Of course this happened through a change in diet, so no more snacking! When she was hungry, she just ate fruit. Her diet was also richer in protein.

Another routine that she started was replacing her bus journeys by walking. A little physical activity never hurts! She added four or five sessions at the gym a week. By doing all this the young woman lost over 2 stone. ‘The best decision of my life,’ as she said herself!
