The young woman reached the weight of 22 stone but decided to have operations done in order to lose weight. Jessica first paid around £35,000 for a sleeve gastrectomy, which involved removing a portion of the stomach to form a tube.
The operation was successful, but Jessica later had complications due to gastro-oesophageal reflux. She then had to go under the knife once again. The young woman had to pay the sum of £44,000.
Following these two operations, Jessica has lost nearly 9 stone. However, the young woman still does not feel good about herself. Jessica admitted that she hates her new figure because of the excess skin due to her old weight problems. She even compared herself to a Shar-Pei.
In order to finally feel fulfilled, the young woman launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise the amount necessary to perform a body lift. Although she can count on the support of Fernando, her husband, Jessica now needs the help of Internet users to raise between £40,000 and £60,000.
