However, this couple wasn’t actually a couple. They weren’t two lovebirds, but a mother… and her 21-year-old son!
Having both come to the sports event, the two stars of the evening got really embarrassed when the camera chose them, that they just decided to hug. Conor Farrell stated:
I decided to make sure beforehand everybody knew it was my mom. I was going to kiss her on the cheek, but they panned away so I never had the opportunity.
