Wes Nelson and Arabella Chi are still going strong as he sends her a steamy birthday wish

They may not have met in the villa, but Love Island stars Wes Nelson and Arabella Chi, who starred in the fourth and fifth series of the ITV2 reality show respectively, seem to be one of the strongest Love Island couples around. They first started dating sometime last summer – and things certainly seem to be going well between them.

Wes famously found love with Megan Barton-Hanson during his time on the show – and their romance lasted a lot longer than many of us expected it to after they left. However, the pressures of his Dancing On Ice commitments eventually came between Wes and Megan and they split in January 2019.

Whilst there were rumours that something was happening between Wes and his Dancing On Ice partner Vanessa Bauer, Wes moved onto Instagram influencer and model Alicia Roddy. However, this romance only lasted a matter of weeks before they too split – and Wes found love with Arabella just months later.

Now, Wes has posted an adorable tribute to Arabella for her 29th birthday, writing on Instagram: ‘My mum has always said when you find the right one you’ll just know...it’s safe to say I’ve found my one! 🙏🏾 Happy birthday to my better half @arabellachi you’re something else 🖤 and yes our birthdays are a day apart’.

The sweet caption was accompanied by three photos of the gorgeous couple having fun in a steamy bath with a couple of champagne flutes and plenty of bubbles. Arabella had also posted a sweet beach photo for Wes’ birthday – which is one day before hers – writing: ‘You bring out my fiery side as you challenge me in an argument and don’t back down but 5 minutes later im in your arms and we are laughing again that’s true love.’
