From the teaser trailer, it seems like the girls (and James) are off to see Take That - or This and That - as Erin's mammy calls them - and we also get to see them dancing to Oops Upside Your Head at what looks like a school disco - it's all so deliciously 90s.

Though he doesn't appear in the trailer, it has also been confirmed that Father Ted star Ardal O'Hanlon is set to appear in the second series, although the Father Dougal actor apparently won't be playing a priest.

Saoirse-Monica Jackson, who plays Erin on the show, revealed: 'It was really surreal, just looking at him, because he’s such an iconic figure in Ireland, and he’s such a lovely man. He’s so good in it.'

There's no official release date for series 2 of Derry Girls yet, but it's rumoured to be airing on Channel 4 in March - so not long to wait at all!
