Whilst they missed out on the award for Best Scripted Comedy at the 2019 BAFTA Awards, the cast of Derry Girls were out in force on the red carpet on Sunday night. Saoirse-Monica Jackson (Erin), Nicola Coughlan (Clare), Louisa Harland (Orla) and Jamie-Lee O'Donnell (Michelle) each looked stunning as they stepped out in an array of very different but equally gorgeous gowns.

Louisa wowed in a vintage-style frilled black dress whilst Jamie-Lee opted for a slick bright blue dress with a plunging neckline. Saoirse-Monica went for a short cream dress with lace detailing and Nicola went full on Barbie girl with a gorgeous bubblegum pink number.

Unfortunately, one tabloid couldn't resist taking a swipe at Nicola's look, featuring her in a 'worst dressed' list in an article published whilst the ceremony was still ongoing. Luckily, Nicola was ready with the perfect response...
