Lisa Appleton has gone to great lengths to change her physical appearance. Aged 49, she really wanted to look like an American celebrity and to do this, she decided to go under the knife. She had work done on her eyelids, a face lift, neck lift and liposuction which altogether cost her £22,000.

Thanks to these operations, Lisa Appleton now feels ready to find love. She told The Sun that she wants a man that looks like the actor who plays Jon Snow, in Game of Thrones.
'My body is ready – it’ll be nice when I meet someone,' she said.
