We all know that everyday women spend time digging through their purse searching for items but how much time does it add up to? A survey was conducted in Australia that included 1,500 women and they found that nearly 35% of women spend 81 days searching through their bag.
Bella Corke, a handbag designer stated that part of the problem is how the handbags are designed. She stated, 'So many handbags just don't have enough pockets and places for everyday items that most women like to have in their handbags'. Her advice for women is 'Go through everything in your handbag and remove the things you don't need, such as old receipts, lolly wrappers, and loose change. Repeat once a week until the situation is under control'. This seems easy enough right?
How you can save time
1. Only put things in your handbag that are necessary: Stop filling your bag with things that you rarely use. It's added weight and time.
2. Clean your handbag every week: Throw away your old receipts and take out things that can be thrown away.
3. Change your handbag: Use bags with more pockets because it helps with organisation.
