After opening her package, Christine Evans did not expect to find anything other than the £89 pair of “Not Your Daughter’s Jeans”. However, after inspecting the product and upon putting her hand into one of the pockets of her brand newjeans, she made a horrifying discovery. Disgusted but also curious, Christine attempted to contact the company on Twitter.

After many years of loyalty to your company (Nordstrom), I was appalled at the lack of customer service you gave me when I received a pair of Not Your Daughter’s Jeans with a dirty and worn women’s thong in the front pocket

Poor customer service

Quickly the brand responded to her request on the social network:

We’re sorry for any disappointment caused Christine. Could you please send us a DM with more details including your order number? We’d like to look into this.

The company offered her replacementjeans and told her that no amount of money could fix this mistake. Nordstrom absolutely wants to find out how adirty thongcould end up in the pocket of a brand new pair of jeans.
