A long distance relationship taking its toll
Fortunately for him, his wife has always been understanding and supportive of her husband and his work. So, the pair decided to get married despite the distance and saw each other mainly on weekends.
Over time, their relationship got complicated, which led to many arguments. In an attempt to fix things, Thomas made a huge decision: to quit his job. In fact, he said he had saved enough to find another job closer to home, with 'normal' hours.
He made this decision after careful thought, and he couldn't wait to announce it to his wife and see her reaction. But sometimes, the response you get isn't exactly what you expected...
While he was on a work trip in Paris, Thomas and Iris were chatting on an instant messaging app. The lovebirds sent each other plenty of messages with photos, as usual.
But the young woman inadvertently ruined her relationship with her husband Thomas. Indeed, Iris sent a photo of herself that sent her husband into a rage... It shows her sitting on her bed, next to a guitar. So far, so good, right? Except...
A small but crucial detail
Thomas immediately noticed something that pushed him to make a very difficult decision: to ask for a divorce.
If you take a good look at the photo, you'll notice a man's hand sticking out from under the bed, grabbing a shoe to hide it. Yup, while Thomas was working hard, very far from home, the young woman was leading a double life for months.
