For it to be effective, you have to breathe in for 5 seconds, then breathe out for 5 seconds.
It's easier to breathe in certain positions
Then, there's thoracic breathing, which increases muscle tone and power. Proper thoracic breathing during intercourse increases endurance. When you feel like you're about to climax, just pause and take a deep breath. It'll cool you down so you can work your way back up!
