Mustique Island, which spreads over about 5 square kilometres, belongs to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. On this island, which only has 650 inhabitants, the British royal family owns a villa, which was built by Princess Margaret in 1960.

Very quiet

And the least we can say is that they'll have peace there! No paparazzi in sight, just turquoise water, sandy beaches and palm trees. The perfect place to relax after a hectic year. On site, their security will be provided by a former Scotland Yard security chief. In fact, no photographs of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been taken on Mustique Island since their first vacation there in 2008.

They'll be able to party there, have a few drinks, spend time with the biggest celebrities on the planet who also enjoy going there, and celebrate Prince George's birthday.

"It's incredibly private and quiet, but not far off. They know and trust the staff who work there, and they're creatures of habit," a source close the family told British tabloids. Happy holidays to them!
