Hard times for Charlène
The long absence of the Princess made the Monegasques desperate for a glimpse of her. But that desperation ended when Charlène finally returned to Monaco.
Unfortunately, the Princess’s stay was not a long one. Due to her ongoing health issues, she was extremely fatigued. She also experienced insomnia and was not able to rest contently.
After suffering for a long time, she finally decided to undergo treatment abroad days after her return to the Princely State.
The time away from was not only difficult for Charlène, but also for her twins Jacques and Gabriella. They were spotted holding up a self-painted sign from the palace window saying that they miss their mummy.
Reunion in Monaco
Luckily for them, Charlène returned to Monaco. Most recently, she posted a photo of her little family on Instagram to celebrate Easter.

The picture shows Charlène, Albert and twins Jacques and Gabriella in the garden. All of them are dressed in bright clothes. Gabriella is seen cuddling up to her mother, and Albert is putting a hand on the shoulder of his son.
The shocking thing is none of the four family members looked particularly happy. The children seem tense from their body language and even Charlène's and Albert's smiles seem artificial. In a second picture, Charlène looks down lovingly at her daughter, while Albert looks forward with a straight face.
Albert stands out a lot in the photo: he kneels, making him appear taller than the rest of his family members, and he appears to be out of place. This is likely to fuel speculation about whether their marriage is truly in shambles.
