Deeply entrenched rancour

She did not reveal the nature of her relationship with Archie and Lilibet Diana's mother. She says that a reconciliation is indeed no longer possible.

You don't have to think you're who you're not or belong to a certain social class to be accepted and loved.

The anonymous source also added:

We are clearly from different social classes and will never speak again.

The statement comes as Meghan and Harry welcomed their second child, Lilibet Diana, on 4 June. Although the birth delighted everyone close to the couple, the Duchess of Sussex's entourage said it was unlikely that Archie's little sister would ever meet her Markle cousins.

Although Meghan is known to be very close to her mother, Doria Ragland, who lives with the couple in their Montecito mansion, she reportedly no longer gets along with the rest of her family. According to the unnamed source, the rift between Prince Harry's wife and her own family is entirely 'her choice,' adding that she doesn't want to 'chase after someone who won't talk to them.'

Meghan and Harry have been repeatedly criticised by the immediate relatives to the Duchess of Sussex, including her father, Thomas Markle, and her half-sister Samantha. The latter accused Meghan of using her mental health problems as 'an excuse to treat people like rags.' The Duchess's father said that Prince Harry had not been so supportive of her when she had suicidal thoughts. On all sides, the hatchet remains resolutely unburied.
