Last May, the septuagenarian was absent at his daughter’s wedding and has since continued with the astounding statements he has made in the media. Recently Thomas Markle however, has seemed to want to make peace with the Duchess and the Duke of Sussex, who are about to become parents for the first time.
‘Harry and she erected a wall of silence. They did exactly what they promised me they would never do: believe all the things that have been written about me. So I’m trying to reach them, again, to sweep away the lies and restore the truth,’ he told the Daily Mail recently. Unfortunately, this desire for reconciliation may not succeed in view of the recent revelation from Meghan Markle’s father.
