Royal fans will have learnt by now that Harry and Meghan are not afraid to shake things up... but nobody saw this latest move from the royal couple coming.
Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, started their official Instagram account on 2nd April this year - and in their first month on the platform they've already amassed 5.5 million followers. The royal couple have mainly used their Insta handle to promote charities they support and raise awareness of causes close to their hearts - from conservation to mental health.
With the arrival of Baby Sussex expected any day now, Harry and Meghan have also used Instagram to shine a light on several charities which they are asking for donations to in lieu of gifts to celebrate the birth. These include The Lunchbox Fund - which provides school dinners to children in South Africa who would otherwise have gone hungry - Little Village - a London-based organisation which operates like a food bank providing baby clothes, toys and essentials to struggling young families - Well Child - a UK charity supporting seriously ill children - and Baby2Baby, an LA-based charity which distributes clothes and other essentials to children in need due to homelessness, domestic violence, natural disasters or poverty. The Duke and Duchess have been highly praised by many royal fans for their ongoing commitment to using their platform to help others in this way.
Now though, Harry and Meghan have shocked everyone by unfollowing all 23 of the Instagram accounts they were originally following - including their brother and sister-in-law William and Kate's @Kensingtonroyal account and their cousin Princess Eugenie's account. Instead, Meghan and Harry are following 16 new accounts in a total shake-up.
