According to Mirror, Lilibet could stand to inherit some £410k worth of jewellery from mother Meghan Markle and late grandmother Princess Diana. While some of Princess Diana’s jewellery would be inherited by Princess Charlotte as well, some of which will come to Lilibet is pretty impressive too. These are a few things that Lilibet may grow up to own one day, according to jewellery experts at Steven Stone:

  • Meghan Markle’s £150k Cartier bracelet that she wore on her wedding day. The bracelet is made up of 104 brilliant cut diamonds and 52 baguette cut diamonds.
  • The Asprey Aquamarine ring, worth £75k-85k, previously belonged to Princess of Wales Princess Diana and is now with Meghan Markle.
  • Princess Diana’s £25k gold cuff bangle that Meghan Markle wore at the NAACP Image Awards in California.
  • Other items: Meghan Markle’s £10k wedding band, £3.5k Cartier stud earrings, Princess Diana’s Cartier Tank Française Watch and possibly Meghan’s £120k engagement ring as well.

Princess Diana’s engagement ring

Engagement rings are a tricky business not just for the one giving it but also for the one getting it. Princess Diana’s iconic engagement ring—12-carat oval sapphire surrounded by 14 round diamonds set in 18 karats white gold worth £390,000 approximately—was actually given to Kate Middleton by Prince William. So, does that mean Meghan’s engagement ring was not Princess Diana blessed? Absolutely not!

Meghan Markle’s engagement ring features three diamonds from Princess Diana’s collection. As such, Lilibet can be expected to get, if not Meghan’s entire engagement ring that at least a part of it is Meghan's engagement ring.
