Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been on the move ever since they left Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. And although it did seem like they found their forever home in their Montecito home in California, a source has revealed that they’re not quite happy with the £11 million mansion.
It’s only been 18 months since the couple moved into the lavish house, but it looks like it will soon be up for sale as the location is apparently not ideal for their growing family. The insider told Daily Mail:
They are thinking of selling their house there…
They want to stay in the neighbourhood or nearby but they aren't over the moon about the house and the location.
After the Sussexes moved to Montecito, the neighbourhood and the mansion has been in the spotlight on various accounts. Given its now exclusive status, and of course that of its owners, the house will not be on the market. The source added:
However, it won't be on the market because of who they are.
It's only being shown to people who are confirmed with funds and are serious buyers.
Inside their Montecito mansion
Curious to know what the inside of the couple’s residence looks like? Gala has revealed what one can expect to find if they visit the superb property.
Apparently the mansion is equipped with nine bedrooms and no less than sixteen marble bathrooms that each have a shower or a bathtub. There is also a large game room, poker table, a bar, a spa, a sauna, and a wine cellar! Talk about extravagance.
To top it all off, there is even a humidity-controlled room to store furs—which is probably unused or has been repurposed given that Meghan has a strong no-fur policy.
