1. Take advantage of the present moment.
When we're immersed in the daily routine, we don't necessarily realize it, but time flies! Learn to live every moment fully, to become aware of the things around you, what you're doing and who you're with. To appreciate life at its full value.
2. Move on again and again.
We only live once, so don't hesitate to seize opportunities, to fight every day to progress and achieve your goals. Hang in there!
3. Have a sense of humour.
Laughing is not only communicative, but also allows you to get rid of stress, reduce pain, and act positively. Laughing 10 to 15 minutes a day is good for your health, and it's the doctors who say so!
4. Stop grumbling.
Those around you will thank you for not annoying them all day long, and in addition you will stop victimizing yourself. Remember that it feels good in the short-term, but moaning about your problem won't solve it.
5. Play sports.
You don't need to run a marathon every day, but even 15 to 20 minutes of sports are enough to let off steam and reconnect your mind to your body. You will sleep better and reduce the risk of many cancers. There is no better thing for general well-being.
