It’s not uncommon for children to surprise their parents by saying the craziest things. But when this mum asked her son Luke why he was talking so much about a so-called ‘Pam’, she probably wasn’t expecting this answer.

The little boy - who was just four years old at the time - told his mum that he had been Pam in a past life but had died after trying to escape from a burning building in Chicago. Shocked by what her son said, she eventually discovered that an African-American woman named Pamela really had died in a fire after jumping off the edge.
Whilst watching a TV show, 5-year-old Luke saw several pictures of young women, one of whom was the real Pam. A few minutes later, he pointed to the picture of the woman, explaining that he remembered when it was taken.
Whilst talking with Pamela’s family, Luke’s mum discovered that she loved Stevie Wonder and played the keyboard just like her son. And as the little boy has stopped talking about the famous Pam, his parents decided to continue telling his incredible story.
