Paris Jackson is now 21 years old and the proud owner of over 50 tattoos. Among these are several inkings paying tribute to her late father, Michael Jackson. Whilst some have a clear meaning, others are more cryptic. Take a look at the video above to discover the true meaning behind Paris' tattoos.
Amongst her collection of over 50 tattoos, Paris Jackson has the word "Applehead" inked on her left foot. According to the American magazine People, this is a nickname that Michael Jackson gave to his daughter, who wanted to pay tribute to him with the body art.
Only close friends and Michael Jackson's family knew about this nickname. When she published the photo of the tattoo on Instagram in 2017, Paris Jackson added a moving message as the caption: "At each of my steps, you lift my foot and guide me forward, I love you".
Shortly after she turned 18, Paris Jackson had revealed another tattoo on her left wrist that also paid tribute to his father. It was the phrase "Queen of my heart". It is assumed that this is another nickname Michael Jackson gave to his daughter. Paris then wrote: "For everyone, he was the King of Pop, for me he was the king of my heart."
Paris' older brother Prince, also has a tattoo tribute to their father, depicting Michael Jackson performing the famous Smooth Criminal dance move.
