Just a few days before the birth of the royal baby, Meghan Markle has found a new activity. While the newly married couple finally settled in their home at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, it looks like the Duchess of Sussex has a passion for gardening. Yes, you read that correctly. According to the American version of Elle magazine, Meghan Markle decided to put a huge organic vegetable garden in her yard. The goal ? To grow and eat her own fruits, vegetables, herbs. According to a source close to the couple, the duchess "cooks regularly for Prince Harry and the cottage is the perfect place to prepare meals with local produce from their own garden."
A few years ago, the young woman had already mentioned her interest in gardening in an interview for the Daily Mail: "I grew up in Southern California ... I loved gardening and growing my own vegetables. This philosophy of bringing food from the earth to the plate is deeply rooted in me." She's quite the unconventional duchess and we love it!
