Enhance your complexion

This is paramount! Your complexion must be uniform and bright. Opt for gold for light skin and dare to use blush on darker skin.

Blur your black smokey eyes

The basic rule: you'll have to choose between your eyes and your mouth! If you want an elaborate look, the smokey eyes must be blurred and a black eyeliner line will be your main ally. For the mouth, we'll focus on nude.

On the other hand, if you opt for a discreet look, go with a dark lip. You'll have to draw the outline of your mouth with a pencil the same shade as your lipstick and, preferably, choose a lipstick with a matte texture for a refined look. For the eyes, a dash of eyeliner and well-curved eyelashes will suffice.

As you can see, dark makeup forces you to be daring! For the sake of balance, you have to play with contrast!
