Love Island's Kendall-Rae Knight is completely unrecognisable four years post show

Talk about a stunning makeover! The now 30-year-old has absolutely been killing it—and not only for looking drop-dead gorgeous, but by finding love on her own terms and making a name for herself as a social media influencer.

One hell of a glow up

In some of her most recent posts on Instagram, the Blackpool native can be seen enjoying some time under the sun, looking effortless, flawless, and happier than ever.

For her 30th birthday, the social media influencer took to her Instagram account to look back on her 20s and express her gratitude for all the opportunities she's had so far. She said:

Thank you for all the love yesterday. My 20s were nothing short of incredible and I don’t think I could’ve squeezed much more life out of them if I tried! What is she up to now?

Despite having been a Miss England finalist back in the day, she was ultimately the first girl to leave the villa by fellow contestant Adam Collard. The former Islander who used to work as a retail manager is now making some serious bank as a social media influencer with more than 800,000 followers on Instagram.

And though things did not work out too well during her time on the show, she has since found love with Championship football player Andrew Hughes. The pair have been dating since 2019 and—judging by how adorable they look together in pictures—can't seem to get enough of each other.
