In light of Ambers cancelled appearance on the show RTE was forced to find somebody else to fill her place. Luckily for them Maura Higgins was conveniently available to fill the space.
Greg and Maura made their appearance on The Late Late Show accompanied by Maura’s ‘friend with benefits’ Curtis Pritchard. Maura has continued to avoid questions regarding her relationship status with Pritchard stating they the two are ‘just friends’.

After the show the 3 Love Island stars went to Whiskey Bar no. 37 Dawson St. where they caught up with some friends. Curtis left shortly after due to having his own appearance to make and Maura and Greg were left to their own devices.
It appeared that Maura and Greg started flirting pretty aggressively as a source was quoted as saying: ‘No one was impressed after seeing Greg and Maura on Friday. Amber and Greg had only broken up a few hours ago, so everyone thought it was pretty distasteful and cruel of them - they were all over each other’.
It seems as though the pairs behaviour was not well received by other former Love Island stars, with some even calling their actions 'disrespectful'. Another source went on to say: "Poor Amber was sat at home in tears while Maura was out on the town with him - and all over him."
