Jack Fincham rose to fame alongside ex-girlfriend, Dani Dyer, on the UKs most-watched reality TV show, Love Island. The pair successfully won both the £50,000 prize along with the hearts of the nation however in March this year the pair called time on their relationship and have went their separate ways.

After leaving the villa last year, Jack admits he let his health take second place, “I really needed help with my training as well as my diet, because since leaving Love island last year I wasn’t really looking after myself…”
Over the course of 12 weeks, Jack managed to shred an astonishing 3 stone weight and 11cm across his weight. He then added, “I want to look in the mirror and say I’m proud.” This radical transformation comes following the announcement that Jack will participate in an upcoming celebrity boxing tournament as a professional.
