The couple took to Instagram to share cute pictures and videos of their adorable new addition to the family but they were met with harsh criticism from many of their fans. Many questioned why they had decided to buy a puppy from a breeder when there are so many abandoned dogs in shelters who need loving homes. Others slammed them for choosing a bulldog in 'unnatural' colours - suggesting that the pup may have been bred to look a certain way which can lead to health issues.
