The Love Island Christmas special was full of drama as exes and old rivals were brought face to face once again. The episode ended in hilarious fashion as Caroline Flack rocked up to the mansion with a sackful of Christmas pressies for all the Islanders.

These ranged from the actually pretty decent - a karaoke machine for Samira, to the cutesy - matching couples' mugs for Adam and Zara and the savage - a snake in a can for Charlie Brake. But eagle-eyed fans were outraged on Alexandra's behalf when it seemed that she hadn't received anything from Caroline.
However, it seems this was just a trick of the editing - as Alexandra took to Twitter to clarify the situation, confirming that she had indeed received a present - and it was quite possibly the best of the lot, leaving us baffled as to why producers chose not to show it.
