The couple have been subject to much speculation about their relationship - they were photographed leaving the Love Island wrap party separately, with Ellie in tears and Charlie was allegedly seen throwing her belongings out of the windows of his Chelsea flat back in early August.
It seemed that they had got past their difficulties as they continued to post loved-up selfies and even talked about having children together. Just last week they returned from a romantic holiday in Switzerland.
