In another McMuffin related incident at McDonald's, as reported by Daily Dot, a McDonald's customer has alleged that she was served a blood-stained burger at McDonald's.
The customer not only underlined the hygiene violation on the part of the restaurant, but also points out the potential health risks of food contamination by blood.

McDonald's customer alleges she was served blood-stained burger
McDonald's customer Kira, shared her bad experience with the fast-food restaurant via a video on her TikTok account where she posts under the username @kiralles. She shared a 'story-time' where she recounted her horrifying experience with McDonald's.
As per her account, she went to the drive-thru at McDonald's really early one morning and ordered her McMuffin. She had already eaten half of her sandwich when she noticed red stains on her sandwich. She says,
I’m starting to realize it really is blood. It’s not chipping away, it looks like droplets, like it’s soaked in there
When she complained at the McDonald's, the staff did not address her complaint satisfactorily, and one of the employees confirmed Kira's worsts fears: that the red dots were indeed blood. She continues her story,
The other lady comes back to the window and she’s like, ‘yep, I checked the kitchen and so-and-so cut her hand right around the time that you came through the drive-thru.’
Boom, right there. They admitted that someone cut their hand in the kitchen like at the time that I came

Reactions to the blood-stained sandwich
The most worrying fact about the incident for the consumer was that she was pregnant at the time, and was afraid that the blood could have contaminants that could adversely affect her unborn child. Ultimately, both she and her baby were okay, and the legal disputed between the consumer and McDonald's was settled.
Viewers who watched the videos were horrified and enraged at the food safety violation on the part of the restaurant.
One comment stated,

Another disgusted person responded to the video saying,
I’m nauseous just thinking about that sandwich
There were also commenters who assumed the McDonald's customer must have been handsomely compensated by McDonald's for their mistake. One such commenter writes,
