Why is not normal bloating harmful?

If you experience any of the aforementioned signs of bloating, it could be an indicator of an underlying health issue at the root of bloating. For instance, food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome may explain the reason behind your bloating. In very rare cases, excessive bloating when linked with symptoms like pain, altered toilet habits, blood in poo, or unintended weight loss could also be a sign of bowel cancer.
