Whether you’re indoors surrounded by smartphones, wifi emitted by computers or Bluetooth speakers, or outdoors surrounded by cell phone towers, it’s difficult to escape airwaves.

Lots of studies have found that these waves have harmful effects on our health, although there is still no scientific evidence that proves this. The initial results are worrying though since they show that airwaves can affect your sleep pattern, your fertility and can even cause certain types of cancer.

Every year, lots of people claim to be oversensitive to these waves, so it is essential to protect yourself as much as possible. There are a few simple things you can do in your day-to-day life that will help reduce your exposure to airwaves.

Turn your devices off at night, limit your usage of nightlights, turn off the radio, fit energy-saving lightbulbs, use the speaker function on your phone to avoid having your phone stuck to your ear all the time and even consider leaving your mobile away from your head when you sleep.
