They all fell under Jennifer Aniston's charm
We'll get the most obvious one out of the way first. Unless you've been living under a rock, you're probably aware that Jennifer Aniston was married to Brad Pitt, who guest-starred as Rachel's high-school nemesis, Will, in a Thanksgiving episode of the show.
You may also have heard that Jen once dated Paul Rudd, who went on to play Phoebe's hubby Mike Hannigan. Their relationship was long over by the time he appeared on the show, though, and it seems that they still got along great as friends.
But you might not have known that Jen also used to date Tate Donovan, who played Rachel's boyfriend Joshua, or as Rach called him 'Josh-wa.' Jen and Tate were even engaged for a while, but it wasn't until after their relationship had ended that he was asked to appear on the show—awkward!
Poor Tate obviously didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to appear on one of the greatest shows of all time, but it can't have been easy working so closely with his ex right after their break-up. He has even said:
It was horrible. It was so tough, man. I remember just getting back to my dressing room and just weeping.

As for relationships between the main six, the stars are still keeping tight-lipped. Seeing as most of them were in long-term relationships or marriages for most of the time the series was being filmed, that's pretty understandable.
However, during one interview, Ross actor David Schwimmer let slip that there was some hooking up going on between them. As the interviewer asked if the six main stars ever had to sign a contract saying they wouldn't sleep with each other, Schwimmer responded: 'Well, that was broken.'
