If you frequently struggle to fall asleep at night it could be because of your diet! The foods you eat in the evening could affect how you sleep.
Don't eat: Don’t eat spicy dishes since they are difficult to digest and they raise your body temperature which gets you going at night.
Don't drink: This one is a no brainer but don’t drink coffee because it is a stimulant! You will be tossing and turning all night. It's just not worth it!
Do eat: Almonds are healthy and delicious! It is a natural relaxant and will help you sleep all night long! Plus, it's a good source of calcium.
Don't drink: Alcohol is another stimulant and this should be avoided at all costs. Especially the fruity sugary cocktails!
