According to research conducted by Weetabix what you eat for breakfast could give some revealing insights to your personality.

Breakfast is the most important meal for the day, it sets you up for productivity and according to research conducted by Weetabix, it could say something about your personality.

Weetabix asked 2,000 UK adults to describe their biggest personality traits and what they have for breakfast most days a week and the results are rather telling.

According to the survey, people who eat peanut butter for breakfast are the most 'passionate lovers' while those who have Marmite are more likely to be 'well-read'.

However, those who drank a cup of tea for breakfast described themselves as earning a lot of money (over £100,000) and the highest number of people who identified themselves as 'bohemian' were more inclined to eat a pain-au-chocolat as their first meal of the day.

The survey also shows that people who eat french toast for breakfast consider themselves as party animals. But, those who prefer a simple banana consider themselves to be stressed out.

Yoghurt and berries if also he first choice for those who consider themselves to be emotional. And, unsurprisingly, those who consider themselves to be well travelled.

Shockingly, the survey also concluded that while 53% of Brits agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, a further 42% of people judge others on their choice of breakky.

Of course, the survey missed the most important breakfast meal, coffee. The results show that 17% of people rely on coffee top get them through the morning and 42% go without anything in the morning as they simply don't have time.
