The perfect recipe for easy and homemade baked bread

By Eric Allen

Looking to make your own homemade baked bread? Check out this super simple recipe that will have your mouth watering.

Baking homemade bread isn't as complicated as you may think... If you follow these simple steps you will soon be biting into the softest and perfectly crispy baked bread you've ever had.

Baked bread, the perfect recipe

A lot of people agree that homemade baked bread can be very easy. It's a recipe that involves very little kneading of the dough since it is left to ferment for about 12 hours. The dough will take time to rise and develop gluten. This long rising time also has the advantage of replacing kneading.

In short, you will just need to put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly for a few minutes to obtain a sticky paste, leave to rise for several hours and then bake it in a casserole dish. Et voila! You will get a delicious bread as good as the bakers with minimum effort!

Materials

To make homemade baked bread, one of the most important tools required is a cast-iron casserole dish. If you don't already have one, you should go pick one up. They may be a little pricey but they are useful for so many recipes and can last a lifetime!

Of course there are also less expensive options, check out this one on Amazon on sale for £25.14:

  • Lower the oven to 200° and put it in the oven for 35 minutes
