Our autumn favourites are making a comeback!

First up in the list of five delicious favourites are the Gingerbread Latte and the Black Forest Hot Choccie both of which are sure to turn you into a Costa addict.

The Gingerbread Cream Latte is a long-time fan favourite and consists of that delicious ginger syrup topped with cream and of course, a perfectly crunchy gingerbread man.

And, for those who prefer to abstain from caffeine, the Black Forest Hot Choccie really is as delectable as it sounds. With rich milky chocolate topped with cream, cherry drizzle and chocolate curls, you’d think you were really drinking a Black Forest Gateau!

Now, enough messing around and let’s get to the real winter spices, cinnamon and nutmeg. In their new menu, Costa is also bringing back the Cinnamon Spiced Cappucino.

Finally, the last favourite returners from the autumn menu are the Irish Velvet Cream Latte and Irish Velvet Cream Hot Chocolate. Unfortunately, the Irish cream is non-alcoholic but at least we can pretend that we’re getting a good hit on the way to work.

And, don’t forget you can always switch up your drinks with coconut, almond or oat milk if dairy isn’t quite your thing.

Eric Tavoukdjian, Commercial Marketing Director at Costa Coffee stated:

We know how much our customers love our seasonal drinks and the flavour combinations we offer at this time each year. With the festive season almost upon us, we are delighted to be able to offer a taste of familiarity through a collection of handcrafted drinks that we know our customers have been missing.

But what about the food?

The coffee company has also recently introduced some new vegan food items as well to satisfy those who need a nice hot meal to really warm them up. One favourite so far is the Smoky Ham and CheeZe toasty which is Costa’s vegan take on the traditional ham and cheese toastie, who could have guessed.

If that option doesn’t take your fancy, you can now also pick from a delicious tomato and basil soup, a butternut squash risotto or vegan mac and cheese...The ultimate cold-weather comfort foods!
