For a fresh-tasting appetiser, stuff bits of raw vegetable with tuna mixed into mayonnaise. You can then garnish this mixture with tomatoes, cucumbers or bell pepper.
To accompany a salad, tuna patties are the ideal choice. Simply mix canned tuna with mashed vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots, onions). To keep the patty together, add a beaten egg to the mixture and then cook in a frying pan.
