We have a new facial exfoliator. It’s meant to mimic the effect of microdermabrasion at the facialist. We have great clinical testing on it. I am obsessed with it but I cannot for the life of me remember what it’s called. #GOOPGLOW link in bio

Doing exercise is very important, but so is food! Gwyneth Paltrow knows how to indulge herself, all while cooking healthy, high-protein meals. She told Shape magazine that she pays attention to lunch, but that she prefers "cheat" meals during dinner. It’s all a question of balance!

Exercise routine for a toned body

Gwyneth Paltrow trains as often as she can; almost every day. She favours the Tracy Anderson method, which consists of working several parts of the body for a balanced result. Cardio and muscle building exercises target the parts of the body she wants to work in a specific order. It’s a fitness method that looks like many coaches’ methods, but that Gwyneth Paltrow has taken on for herself!

Here are some exercises that stand out from her routine: repeat each movement 30 times!

Inspired by ballet dancers, this exercise consists of standing with a broomstick, legs slightly apart and heels together. Just lower yourself by separating your thighs, then raise yourself keeping your legs tight. Remember to tense your glutes!

The T-Pole Hold for curvy legs:

Still with a broomstick, position yourself horizontally, in a side-plank, position your arms along the upright broomstick and bring your leg up towards you, then stretch it out. Your legs will be defined and toned!

Up-Down Plank for abs of steel:

To work your core, position yourself in the plank, arms outstretched and aligned with your shoulders. Lower your forearms to the ground, and then go back up by extending your arms.
