A Danish start-up just launched a line of underwear that hardly needs to be washed. Their goal? Reduce your panties’ environmental impact.

Here’s some news that might leave some of us scratching our heads—yet the concept is not only innovative, but environmentally responsible. The Danish brand Organics Basics has created a line of unisex underwear called ‘Silver Tech’ that doesn't need to be washed very often. The goal? To reduce their products’ environmental impact. After all, think of all the water that's used every time you wash your undies!

And for those who worry about hygiene, the brand specifies that the underwear is made with a revolutionary fabric that wards off both odour and bacteria. The price of all this? £43 for a set of two panties and £35 pounds for a bra. Men’s underwear is available for £49. Convinced?
